EYET is a drop-in center that also runs a variety of programs. It’s a little bit west for me but some of the programs are definitely worth it. In September for example they had free infant sign language workshops.
The location closest to me is Toronto Center Rosedale. Their website isn’t the most straightforward since they have a lot of other services so the drop-in program info is kind of lost in there so go directly to the schedules via this link: http://www.eyetfrp.ca/events/index.cfm
The staff at Eyet are great, they are so nice and despite it being a shoes on drop in it is super clean. Which I imagine is pretty hard when there are toddlers with boots on.
One of the main benefits of EYET is they have an infant only afternoon drop in. It’s on Tuesday and Thursday, 1:30 p.m.– 3:30 p.m and they have special programing. Listed on their website schedules as “Baby and Me”.
